Ikaba Hotels Limited is a special purpose vehicle set up to own and manage hotels in Nigeria and elsewhere. It was incorporated in Nigeria on 21st March 2007 as a Private Limited Liability Company.

Ikaba Hotels currently owns two hotels in Nigeria. 520 Hotels Akuma Lodge in the northern region of Cross River State (Ogoja), and 520 Hotels ASDAM Lodge & Spa in the southern region of Cross River State (Calabar).

The Rivers State Monorail Company is a Public – Private Partnership between the Rivers State Government and TSI Property and Investments Holdings Ltd. Its function is to manage the Rivers State Monorail Project.
